A little clarity
on privacy.

This notice covers the Underscore website and its launch list. The upcoming iPhone app will have its own privacy policy explaining its features and service providers.

When you join the launch list

We store your email address, signup date, and the version of the signup notice you agreed to. We use this information to tell you about Underscore’s launch. We do not sell the list or use it for unrelated marketing. Joining is optional, and your consent is the basis for these launch updates.

Where the information lives

The site and signup database are hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare also processes technical information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service. We do not store your IP address in the launch-list database. Our signup endpoint uses temporary rate limits to reduce abuse.

No advertising trackers

This site does not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or tracking cookies. Fonts and site assets are served directly by this website.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your signup information, or withdraw consent, by emailing delahoussenicolas@gmail.com. We keep launch-list information until the launch announcement has been sent, unless you ask for removal sooner, and delete it within 90 days afterward unless you separately choose to stay in touch.
